  • Is there a way to keep a candle looking it's best?
    When your candle is not lit, try keeping it out of direct sunlight or strong illumination sources. Candles will discolor/fade when exposed to light sources for extended periods. Also, wax will soften if it gets really hot in your house (over 80 degrees) so a cool dry place would work the best for storing.
  • How long will it take for me to get my order?
    Typically, Harvest Moon will have your order ready within 3 business days and then we ship Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days. However, if we're into the Christmas season preparing orders could take up to 4 business days and Priority Mail can get behind.
  • Do you ship every day and on weekends?
    During the fall and winter months shipping takes place Monday-Thursday. During spring and summer shipping takes place Monday and Tuesday only. This is shipping schedule eleminates the candle from being exposed to heat longer. Candles that are in a truck or warehouse over a hot weekend could melt. Harvest Moon candles are insured, but melted wax is not covered by USPS. Shipping early in the week helps to minimize the risk of melting.
  • Is there a 'local pickup' option?
    Yes! For those that are local and would like to save on postage and shipping charges- choose the Front Porch Pick Up option when checking out. You'll receive an email when your order is ready. There will be a sign indicating front Porch Pick Up and your order will be labled. This service provides you with a suitable area for pick up that is contact free!
